Developing the picture

Assuming you are using a digital camera, you may like the pictures "as they are". On the other hand, I may not be happy with some reflections or artifacts in an otherwise excellent picture. I may prefer to darken the background to black, clean up some of the reflections (or leave them in if they compliment the drawing), brighten the lights a bit, sharpen it a touch and crop it to fit on our web site or for print. I use Photoshop to manipulate the pictures, but many programs are available for this process.
